How to book a date

* After you find your desired kit and pay your order, then you will be contacted in maxim 24 hours , to book your car .

* Availability depends on how busy we are , usually it’s around 2,3 weeks waiting time from the moment you paid your order to the moment when you will have them on your car fitted .

* We will try to book your car as soon as possible.

* We work only from Monday to Friday , unfortunately we don’t work during weekends.

Time for Installation

* Most of our packages are same day job , you will need to drop your car at 08:00AM and car will be ready to pick it up at 6PM same day .

* If you chose to have fitted ambient lights + starlights at the same time , then we will need the car for 2 days ,one day per job .

* For more complex jobs as starlights with design on the roof , or honeycomb starlights time will be longer , up to 4 days in some cases.

How to pay

* On our website you can pay by card , credit card , PayPal , Klarna , we offer as well instalments payment, so if you wish you can spread the total cost up to 3 months either with PayPal or Klarna .

How to pay with cash

* If you want to pay with cash , first you will need to contact us on our Instagram page , watsapp or by email , then we will go through all the steps of booking with you .

How to buy from our store

* If you want to buy our products without installation, you simply just need to complete the purchase and after we have your delivery details we will send the item straight to your house .( postage cost will depend on your option of delivery ).

Refund

* We offer 15 days return and refund to our products ( if the products are faulty , if you change your mind , if no longer needed, shipping will be fully supported by customer) in order to return a product or to receive a refund you will need to contact us first by email or watsapp.

* We can’t offer a refund if the products are damaged by customers during the fitting process.(examples: cutted wires , broken led’s , or any other damaged to the kit ).

* We can’t offer a refund if you don’t have the original box of the products, it’s mandatory to have the original box which was delivered with the products.

* For all returns we recommend you to use a tracking service delivery , to avoid any losses.
*
* All products returned due to customer change of mind or order by mistake , we will need to charge 25% from the total value of the product if you opened/unboxed/ damaged the box.
